Refund policy

At NEVR LOOZ, customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  We back our bags with a rock-solid 30-day guarantee. 

Your NEVR LOOZ golf bag must provide the superior performance and experience you’re expecting, or we’ll give you a prompt and full refund, minus the return shipping fee charge.       

We are proud to say that our customers truly “fall in love” with their NEVR LOOZ golf bags but if you’re not totally happy, contact us and we will send you the simple return instructions.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Exchanges:
Exchanges may be offered for different colors, styles, or product versions if inventory is available.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain limited-edition or customized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

To start a return, contact us at info@nevrlooz.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method - again, minus the return shipping charge and/or a $25 restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time - typically up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Once we issue the refund, it is out of our hands.
